தாம்பரம் பகுதி மக்களின் பல ஆண்டுகள் வேண்டுகோளான தாம்பரம் வட்டார போக்குவரத்து அலுவலகம் (RTO) தாம்பரத்தில் துவக்கப்படுவது மிகவும் மகிழ்சியான விஷயம் . இந்த முயற்சிக்கு உறுதுனையாக இருந்து செயல்படுத்திய அரசு அதிகாரிகள், அரசியல் பிரமுகர்கள், பத்திரிக்கை துறையினரையும் நாம் பாராட்டவேண்டும்

அன்மையில் உள்ள பல்லாவரம், திருநீர்மலை மலைகள் ஆக்கிரமிக்கப்பட்டு மலைகளின் இயற்கை சூழலானது அழிந்து விட்டது.

தாம்பரம் மலை அடிவாரம் இயற்கையை நேசிக்கும் இயற்கைஆர்வலர்கள், அரசியல் பிரமுகர்களின் முயற்சியால் ஆக்கிரமிப்பு இன்றி பசுமையாக இயற்கை எழில் கொஞ்சுகிறது. இங்கு மூலிகைச்செடிகள், சிறு மரங்கள் வளர்ந்தும், காட்டு அணில், குள்ளநரி, முள்ளம்பன்றி, குரங்கு, முயல், பாம்பு, கீரி, உடும்பு போன்ற விலங்கினங்கள், அழிந்து வரும் கழுகு இனம் ஆகியவை சுதந்திரமாக வாழ்கிறது

இத்தகைய இயற்கை சூழல் அமைந்த மலையடிவாரத்தில் அமையவுள்ள தாம்பரம் RTO அலுவலகத்தின் அருகில் உள்ள மலைப்பகுதி RTO அலுவலக இடைத்தரகர்கள் கடை, டீக்கடை, சிறுவனிகம், வாகனநிறுத்தம் ஆகிய ஆக்கிரமிப்பால் மலையின் இயற்கை சூழல் அழியும் ஆபத்து உள்ளது

ஆக்கிரமிப்பினை தடுக்கும் பொருட்டு வனத்துறையும், நகராட்சியும் மலையைசுற்றி வேலியிட வேண்டும், ஆக்கிரமிப்பை துவக்கத்திலேயே கண்டறிந்து அகற்றபடவேண்டும். இதுதான் இயற்கை ஆர்வலர்களின் வேண்டுகோள்.

If you perform the homam in your house / Office please note the following safety Tips

• Temporarily disconnect your smoke alarm
  
• You can slightly twist the smoke alarm off so it will hang and then wrap aluminum foil around it, this will prevent it from going off
  
• If battery operated remove the battery.
  
• If electrically operated remove the backup batteries and from the main panel turn the smoke alarm circuit off.
  
• If connected to the security system call your alarm company and turn off the smoke alarm system.
  
• Do not forget to enable your smoke alarm after the homam. If you do, please note that the priest are not responsible.
