Pooja time and Smoke Alarm
If you perform the homam in your house / Office please note the following safety Tips
- Temporarily disconnect your smoke alarm
- You can slightly twist the smoke alarm off so it will hang and then wrap aluminum foil around it, this will prevent it from going off
- If battery operated remove the battery.
- If electrically operated remove the backup batteries and from the main panel turn the smoke alarm circuit off.
- If connected to the security system call your alarm company and turn off the smoke alarm system.
- Do not forget to enable your smoke alarm after the homam. If you do, please note that the priest are not responsible.
